Content Policies →

If your content violates these policies, we'll remove the content and send you an email to let you know. If this is your first time violating our Content Posting Policies, you'll likely get a warning with no penalty to your channel. If it's not, we may issue a strike against your channel. If you get 3 strikes within 90 days, your channel will be terminated.

  1. Copyright
    1. Creators should only upload videos that they have made or that they're authorized to use. That means that they should not upload videos that they didn't make, or use content in their videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programmes or videos made by other creators, without necessary authorisations.
  2. Impersonation policy

    If you're posting content Don't post content on Hoggy if it fits any of the descriptions noted below:

    1. Content intended to impersonate a person or channel is not allowed on Hoggy.
      1. Channel impersonation: A channel that copies another channel's profile, background, or overall look and feel in such a way that makes it look like someone else's channel. The channel does not have to be 100% identical, as long as the intent is clear to copy the other channel.
      2. Personal impersonation: Content intended to look like someone else is posting it.
  3. Inactive accounts policy

    In general, creators are expected to be active members within the Hoggy community. If an account is found to be overly inactive, the account may be reclaimed by Hoggy without notice. Inactivity may be considered as:

    1. Not logging into the site for at least six months
    2. Never having uploaded video content
  4. Posting previously removed content, or content from terminated or restricted creators
    1. If you post content previously removed for violating our Terms of Service
    2. If you post content produced by creators with a current restriction
    3. If you post content from creators who have been terminated under our Terms, the content may be removed, your account may be penalized, and in some cases your account may be terminated.
  5. Nudity & sexual content policies
    1. Explicit content meant to be sexually gratifying is not allowed on Hoggy.
    2. Posting pornography may result in content removal or channel termination.
    3. Videos containing fetish content will be removed
    4. Explicit or implied depictions of sex acts for the purpose of sexual gratification
    5. This applies to real-world or dramatized content such as sex scenes, video games, or music
    6. Masturbation, fondling, or groping
    7. Masturbation or fondling of genitals, breasts, or buttocks
    8. Using or displaying sex toys to provide viewers with sexual gratification
    9. Animated or illustrated pornography, sex acts, or fetish content
    10. Nudity or partial nudity for the purpose of sexual gratification
    11. Bestiality or promotion of bestiality
    12. Incest or promotion of incest
    13. Non-consensual sex acts or unwanted sexualization
    14. Celebrity wardrobe accidents or nude photo leaks
    15. Violent, graphic, or humiliating fetish content where the purpose is sexual gratification
    16. Aggregating content for the purpose of sexual gratification
  6. Thumbnails policy

    Don't post a thumbnail on YouTube that fits any of the descriptions noted below.

    1. Thumbnails that include pornographic images depicting sexual acts, nudity, or other sexually gratifying imagery
    2. Violent imagery intended to shock or disgust
    3. Graphic or disturbing imagery with blood or gore
    4. Thumbnails with vulgar or lewd language
    5. Thumbnails misleading viewers into thinking they're about to view something that's not in the video
  7. Kids Safety Policies

    Hoggy doesn't allow content that endangers the emotional and physical well-being of minors. A minor is defined as someone under the legal age of majority (Typically 18 years of age). Don't post content on Hoggy if it fits any of the descriptions below:

    1. Sexually explicit content featuring minors and content that sexually exploits minors.
    2. Content showing a minor participating in dangerous activities or encouraging minors to do dangerous activities. Never put minors in harmful situations that may lead to injury, including dangerous stunts, dares, or pranks.
    3. Content that could cause minor participants or viewers emotional distress, including:
      1. Exposing minors to mature themes
      2. Simulating parental abuse
      3. Coercing minors
      4. Violence
    4. Misleading family content: Content that targets young minors and families, but contains:
      1. Sexual themes
      2. Violence
      3. Obscenity or other mature themes not suitable for young audiences
      4. Family friendly cartoons that target young minors and contain adult or age-inappropriate themes such as violence, sex, death, drugs and more. Make sure your titles, descriptions, and tags are appropriate for the children and in no way compromising their safety and/r wellbeing.
    5. Cyberbullying and harassment involving minors: Content that:
      1. Targets individuals for abuse or humiliation
      2. Reveals personal information like email addresses or bank account numbers
      3. Records someone without their consent
      4. Sexually harasses
      5. Encourages others to bully or harass
  8. Vulgar language policy

    Some languages may not be appropriate for viewers under 18. We may consider the following factors when deciding whether to age-restrict or remove content. Keep in mind that this isn't a complete list.

    1. Use of sexually explicit language or narratives
    2. Use of excessive profanity in your video
    3. Use of heavy profanity in your video's title, thumbnail or associated metadata
  9. Misinformation policies

    Certain types of misleading or deceptive content with serious risk of egregious harm are not allowed on Hoggy. This includes certain types of misinformation that can cause real-world harm, like promoting harmful remedies or treatments, certain types of technically manipulated content, or content interfering with democratic processes. Don't post content on Hoggy if it fits any of the descriptions below:

    1. Content that claims that harmful substances or treatments can have health benefits.
    2. Content that has been technically manipulated or doctored in a way that misleads subscribers (beyond clips taken out of context) and may pose a serious risk of egregious harm.
    3. Content that may pose a serious risk of egregious harm by falsely claiming that old footage from a past event is from a current event.
  10. Harmful or dangerous content policies

    Hoggy doesn't allow content that encourages dangerous or illegal activities that risk serious physical harm or death. Don't post content on Hoggy if it fits any of the descriptions below:

    1. Challenges that pose an imminent risk of physical injury.
    2. Pranks that lead victims to fear imminent serious physical danger, or that create serious emotional distress in minors.
    3. Showing viewers how to perform activities meant to kill or maim others. For example, giving instructions to build a bomb meant to injure or kill others.
    4. Content that depicts abuse of or giving instructions on how to create hard drugs.
    5. Promoting or glorifying violent tragedies.
    6. Showing viewers how to steal tangible goods or promoting dishonest behavior.
    7. Showing viewers how to use apps, websites, or other information technology to gain unauthorized free access to audio content, audiovisual content, full video games, software, or streaming services that normally require payment.
  11. Violent or graphic content policies

    Violent or gory content intended to shock or disgust viewers, or content encouraging others to commit violent acts, are not allowed on Hoggy. Don't post content on Hoggy if it fits any of the descriptions noted below:

    1. Violent or graphic content inciting others to commit violent acts.
    2. Footage or imagery showing bodily fluids, such as blood or vomit, with the intent to shock or disgust viewers.
    3. Footage of corpses with massive injuries, such as severed limbs.
    4. Animal abuse content
  12. Hate speech policy

    Hate speech is not allowed on Hoggy. We remove content promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on any of the following attributes:

    1. Age
    2. Caste
    3. Disability
    4. Ethnicity
    5. Gender Identity and Expression
    6. Nationality
    7. Race
    8. Immigration Status
    9. Religion
    10. Sex/Gender
    11. Sexual Orientation
    12. Victims of a major violent event and their kin
    13. Veteran Status
  13. Harassment & cyberbullying policies
    1. Content that threatens individuals is not allowed on YouTube. We also don't allow content that targets an individual with prolonged or malicious insults based on intrinsic attributes.

Terms Of Engagement →
    1. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, the Creator hereby grants to the Hoggy worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display and transmit the Video Content into coursework and educational material for kids and sell the coursework on the online platform of Hoggy (hereinafter referred to as “Educational Content”).
    2. Hoggy shall use the Video Content for its business purposes.
    3. The Creator may advertise and promote the coursework created by Hoggy using the Video Content, on their social media channels, as mutually agreed between the Parties from time to time.
  2. TERM
    1. The term of the Agreement shall commence from the Effective Date of profile creation and shall remain in effect for a period of 12 months (“Term”) from the Effective Date.
    2. After the initial Term of 12 months, the Parties may decide to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions or on such terms and conditions as are mutually agreed upon between the Parties in writing.
    3. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to future change by Hoggy and shall be notified to the Creator through Creator's registered email.
  3. Authorised Purpose

    The Creator authorises Hoggy to use the content for its business purposes including, but not limited to:

    1. Use the Video Content to create Educational Content to be hosted and used in terms of these Terms.
    2. Play and allow the Users to access and play the Educational Content.
    3. Use the Video Content and the Educational Content for, including but not limited to advertising and branding on the Hoggy platform, other platforms, websites, social media, other media etc.

Monetization Policies →

As part of Hoggy, creators can start monetizing their content. If you wish to monetize on Hoggy, it's important that your content is not in violation of any Content policies of Hoggy.

Hoggy offers two distinct financial incentives for creators:

  1. Subscriber Acquisition Share:

    Hoggy shall pay to the Creator, pursuant to these Terms, 33% of the total net revenues received by Hoggy from the subscriptions gained, from the following:

    1. Subscribers routed to the Hoggy platform through the Creator's personalised brand page(s) hosting Educational Content (Content created using Hoggy's Tool For Creators), during the Term of the Agreement.
    2. Subscribers routed to the Hoggy platform through Creator's personalised referral landing page(s) and/or Creato's promotional activities using unique trackable link(s) that contains the Creator's assigned ID or subscribername.
  2. Subscription Share for Viewer Engagement:

    Hoggy shall pay to the Creator, pursuant to the license granted under these Terms, 50% of the total net monthly revenues received by Hoggy from subscribers engaged in accessing Educational Content through the Hoggy platform, multiplied by the Educational Content's net contribution to the subscriber's Viewer Engagement, calculated as follows:

    subscriber's Viewer Engagement = View time of Creator's Educational Content by subscriber / Total viewing time of subscriber spent on the Hoggy platform.


    1. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the aforesaid Subscription Share for Educational Content shall be paid on the net amount realized from the subscribers gained and engaged. Accordingly, any discount/credits provided to the subscribers would be adjusted before calculating the Subscription Share for Educational Content.

    2. The aforesaid Subscription Share for Educational Content as stated in these Terms shall be inclusive of all the applicable duties and taxes, as may be required by law.

    3. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, each Party shall be responsible for the payment of all taxes and other governmental charges assessed against it and applicable in any respect to these Terms.
