Need help with your order?
1. We follow a Weekly Cycle:
All users who purchase/subscribe during during a week from Saturday to Friday(10 PM), are added to the Whatsapp group on Sunday. We start sharing the content on Monday.
You don't need to do anything once you have purchased. We have your information, we will add you as per schedule.
Please do note that in case you purchase after Friday 10PM, on Saturday/Sunday/Monday, you won't be added on that Monday, but the next one.
Our team needs some time to compile the list of users effectively, so that we don't miss out anyone.
2. If you have not been added within 7 Days of your purchase:
While we try our best, it is possible that you may have been left out by human mistake or technological error.
Please reach out to us anywhere, we will check & add you asap to the ongoing group or the next latest batch, as per your wish.
Reach us out with following information for quick resolution:
1. Order No. (starting from 'HL') or Payment Screenshot or something similar
2. Whatsapp Phone No. which you want to be added
3. Class you want to join
4. Date on which you placed the order (in case you don't have anything mentioned in point 1)
5. The name, which you provided during the order or payment. (Not neccessary, but it helps in case other information is insufficient, not available with you)

In case you don't know your order no., please search your email or phone SMS, using the keyword 'Hoggy'. You will find it there.
It starts with 'HL'.
4. Please do check your phone no./email,
...to make sure you had provided us the correct phone no. during the purchase. It is the only way we can contact you.
5. For users who have been missed for a very long period:
Please check Email. A lot of users in our early phase provided us only emails, and no phone no.'s. We have reached out to all of you on mail.
